Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact and attached.

  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
